At Express Leather Products Ltd. (Lee Cooper Bangladesh), we value your satisfaction. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Valid Reasons for Return

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is incomplete (missing items or accessories)
  • Wrong product, size, color, or expired item delivered
  • Product does not match website description or images
  • Product does not fit (applicable to E-commerce Special Products)
  • Wrong or missing item delivered (unboxing video required as proof)

For selected categories, returns for change of mind may be accepted based on policy approval.

  • Eligible for return if damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by LeeCooperBD.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact.
  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted.

Bags, Luggage, Outdoor Equipment & Accessories

  • Eligible for return if damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
  • Final approval depends on inspection by LeeCooperBD.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Trying on fashion items is allowed but items must remain unworn for return approval.
  • All original tags, manuals, warranty cards, invoices, and accessories must be included.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging without damage.
  • Do not attach tape or stickers directly on product packaging.
  • Order number and return tracking number must be clearly marked on the package.
  • Return acknowledgment slip must be collected from courier/drop-off point.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items that deteriorate or expire quickly
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items that are inseparably mixed after delivery
